Apache Dawn Carrier Bead Necklace

Carrier Beads are a craze that started in Europe and has made its way West—the idea of covering beads with strips of peyote stitch to create unique jewelry designs. Specific beads have been designed for this purpose and they’re called, you guessed it, carrier beads!
Thanks to Jill Wiseman Designs youtube video I was inspired. All the peyote strip patterns used in this necklace are available on Jill Wiseman's website.

Delica #11 beads used in this project: Duracoat Dark Berry, Dark Sea Foam, and op Chartreuse ab. Dunk beads 6mm and 4mm, with size 11 seed beads were used to form the necklace.
