Swarovski Patchwork Bracelet

 My Patchwork Bracelet was inspired by Kassie Inman's Quilt Cuff pattern as seen on BEADWORK  Nov 2012 issue's cover
 

The bracelet is built on a RAW base of 3mm bugle beads (Mt Black AB) and #15 Japanese seed beads (opaque burnt sienna).

These two photos show the bracelet during embellishment with:
 3mm Swarovski Bicone Crystals in Topaz AB, Copper, Blue Zircon, Smoky Topaz and Erinite.

Viking Knit Shades of Copper Bracelet

Copper Viking Knit is the base of this bracelet. The knit uses 24 g wire and the accents are lampwork beads, copper toggle clasp & spacer beads from Beads of Tampa. This type of design offers the opportunity for many variations.

I was lucky to have the chance to take  Marcia Balonis' Viking Knit class at "Beads" now located in Oldsmar,  FL. Viking Knit is an ancient form of wire knitting that has been found in Viking grave sites.

Patriotic Flag

This bracelet is one of our all time favorites. This patriotic design is a variation on Gail Devoid's Wavy Flag pattern. This cluster bracelet in shades of purple with hints of blues and pinks was handcrafted as a special request. Remember September is World Alzheimer's Month, but the Alzheimer's Association needs your support year around.

Terracotta Band

The Terracotta Band uses several styles  of the new two-hole beads that are now hitting the bead market.  This design includes Tila, Czech two-hole beads, twin beads, #11 round Japanese seed beads with magnetic copper clasp.  The band is about 1 inch wide and very light and easy to wear. Rocky Mountain Spiral Bracelet

All the colors of western US rock formations are in this chunky fun bracelet. The center ridge is constructed with the new Berry Bead in coral luster.  The rest of the spirals are made up of Magatama, Drop, Lentil, #8 round seed, Turquoise and Amber Chip Beads all in the sunny colors of the high Rocky Mountains. Flipside Bracelet

 This is a double sided reversible spiral rope bracelet crafted with #6 & #11 Japanese seed beads. The pattern is a variation of Ellen Tihane Double Duty pattern from August 2012 "Bead and Button" magazine.  Choose your color variations....$35 includes postage and handling in USA.

The spiral pattern offers many possible color and pattern variations.

Casablanca Spiral Peyote

Bold  colors of glass seed beads in sizes #11, #8 and #6 are worked in a tubular peyote stitch to form a dramatic spiral.  The clasp is an accent silver Italian Rembrandt Button from Artbeads. The pattern is a varation on Marilyn Aronson's "Confetti Spiral"

Teal Wave

The Teal Wave Bracelet is made with 6 different sizes of glass seed beads in shades of blues and greens. Moose Tracks Peyote Stitch Cuffs

"Celebrity Moose" and "Moose on Parade" Cuffs both made with #11 Delica Beads using peyote stitch and  topped off with magnetic clasps celebrate summer in the Colorado Mountains. Glass Red Peppers  from Silver City, NM are the highlight of this fun bracelet.

 

The spiral is made up of #8 seed beads, 4mm drop beads, 3mm magatamas accented with glass red chiles and finished off with a magnetic clasp. These bracelets are $35, which includes shipping, for as long as my supply of glass hot peppers last.

Tila Bracelets

Italian Honeymoon Tila Bracelet.  The three accent beads in this bracelet were given to me the newly weds', Colby and Joe.  The beads were purchased in Italy during their honeymoon trip.  This bracelet is not for sale.
